About Max

As a gender and transgender inclusion facilitator, Max Masure (they/them) led trans inclusion workshops for leading companies and organizations like the New York Times, Vice, Linktree, Robinhood Foundation, Ace Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Babson College, Codecademy, the Borough of Manhattan Community College, the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Their most popular workshop, “Supporting Trans and Gender Non-conforming Folks,” provides tangible means to implement trans inclusion in your organization.

This workshop aims to empower individuals with definitions, scenarios, interactive activities, open discussion, and reflection to think through how we can each take personal accountability in supporting trans and gender non-conforming employees and customers.

They were named one of the most influential leaders of DEI by Hive Learning and Engati CX.

Max is also a published author: they released a non-fiction book in 2022 where they share their life as a trans person and their process of overcoming imposter syndrome: “You (Don’t) Suck: how to overcome imposter syndrome”: https://www.youdontsuck-book.com/
